“Not long ago, Vermont had a population problem. Then Act 76 ushered in affordable child care for the first time in the state’s history.”
We spent a week in Vermont zig zagging across the beautiful state, capturing stories of those directly affected by Act 76. It was a small team of me and producer / shooter Jeremy Raff in the field. We had less than an hour to scout and set up two camera interviews in locations we hadn’t seen before. It was a fun creative challenge to use available light to our advantage while using a single panel light for our key.
